Johnny Castuciano is an Annie and Leo Award nominated Director and Storyboard Artist. He strives to tell fun and engaging stories through cinematic storytelling.

Born and raised in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, Canada, I grew up with a love for drawing. I first graduated from Grant MacEwan College with a degree in Graphic Arts & Visual Communication, and while I enjoyed graphic design, I found myself drawn back to character work and storytelling. This led me to the Classical Animation Program at Vancouver Film School, where I completed the intensive one-year program in 2005.

From there, I spent 15 years building a career in Vancouver's animation industry before relocating my family to Los Angeles to pursue new opportunities. After seven years working in LA, we returned home to Edmonton, Alberta, where I continue to work in animation today.
